EcoClean™ Phospho
Selected bacterial strains are capable of absorbing and degrading compounds that cause high phosphate levels in wastewater, helping to comply with discharge regulations, especially for discharge into surface water sources such as lakes and ponds.
The bacteria in EcoClean™ Phosphorus are exclusively active on saprophytic and non-living organic substrates and inorganic phosphate compounds. The application of EcoClean™ Phosphorus under aerobic conditions will result in a combined reduction of BOD, COD and odors resulting from anaerobic bacterial activity. By providing a more efficient pollutant reduction process, EcoClean™ Phosphorus supports a significant reduction in sludge emissions and chemical use for treatment.

EcoClean™ Phosphorus is widely used to treat industrial wastewater and wastewater with high Phosphorus concentration.
Instructions for use:
- Dosage may vary depending on system design, wastewater contaminants, loading rate and retention time. Consult your dealer for best advice. Product performs best under aerated conditions and with a minimum retention time of 24 hours.
- Standard dosage, 1 kg EcoClean™ Phosphorus per 200m3 , once a week, based on tank volume, daily flow, pollutant composition, system conditions and appropriate retention time. Should be added at the beginning of the biological system.
Storage and handling
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
- Handling: Wash hands with soap and warm water after use.
