Microorganisms to treat compost odor
EcoClean™ 1XF HC is a liquid product that combines a diverse range of high-density bacterial strains, specially designed to regulate odor-causing gas reactions and promote the decomposition of organic pollutants.
EcoClean™ 1XF HC is a collection of bacillus strains, all isolated for the purpose of rapidly decomposing fats, proteins, sugars, starches, and cellulose and regulating odors.
EcoClean™ 1XF HC is blended with plant essential oils. The essential oils are mixed with water and sprayed into the air. This blending in each individual water droplet, the essential oils will cover a thin film around and inside each water droplet. The thin film surrounding the water droplet creates an electrostatic charge on the surface, which attracts odor molecules into the water droplet. Although the water droplets are quite small in volume, they are still enough to capture odor molecules, causing an impact in the deodorizing process.
This product is a proprietary blend of essential oils, emulsifiers, and purified water. It is biodegradable and completely safe for humans, animals, and plants. Because of the diversity of bacterial strains and enzymes contained in the product, EcoClean™ 1XF HC also effectively reduces odors at the source.

Instructions for use:
- Manual spraying Use a manual sprayer or pressure nozzle to spray onto the surface of the sludge tank, the surface of the waste sludge or the wastewater tank that generates odors.
- Spray time: Divided into 2 times/day. Morning and afternoon
- Time of circulation and operation: After 20 minutes, the microbiological mechanism receives and operates to create a layer of odor barrier. The remaining part comes into contact with wastewater, sludge and decomposes organic matter, odor-producing compounds. The odor lasts for a long time, lasting for many hours. - How to mix: Dilute EcoClean™ 1XF HC solution with chlorine-free clean water at a ratio of 1:300-1:500. Then spray 1 liter of the mixed solution evenly onto 3-5 m2 of the surface of the sludge ditch, wastewater tank, etc.
- Using a spray pec system or specialized vehicle: Mix microorganisms with clean water without chlorine at a ratio of 1: (200-500). Dose 30 minutes/ spray
- For sludge compaction purposes: Dosage: 50-200 ml of microorganisms/m3 of sludge. Add directly to the sludge tank. Should be used early in the morning or in the cool afternoon.
Storage and handling:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, do not refrigerate.
- Packaging: 1 liter bottle, sealed
- Contact treatment: Wash with soap and water.
